This transmittal supersedes Transmittal # 21-55: Updates to ADHP rate and Temporary Enhanced Reimbursement Rates for ADHP Services Due to COVID-19, issued on December 30, 2021. This revision corrects the rate effective date, the ADHP S5100 - U2 rate, ADHP S5100- U3 rate, remote services rate, and the retainer rate.
