Transmittal 21-25 Medicaid Fee Schedule Updates to the Temporary Enhanced Reimbursement Rates for District ICFIID Due to COVID-19

The purpose of this Transmittal is to inform operators of ICFs/IID of Medicaid reimbursement changes. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), in accordance with the requirements set forth in 29 DCMR §§ 988.4 and 4102.7(i), announces changes to the current enhanced reimbursement rates for District ICFIID due to COVID-19 to reflect the increase in the Living Wage to $15.20. The changes to the rates will become effective on July 1, 2021.
