One of the key priorities of the LTCA is the continuous quality improvement of our EPD Waiver program, and of all long-term services and supports financed by the Medicaid program. Participant feedback is very important in the measurement of performance; to that end, LTCA conducts an annual, anonymous satisfaction survey of all enrolled waiver participants to provide information on customer experience with case management and home health agencies. The satisfaction report cards are updated on an annual basis, reflecting our beneficiaries’ honest and confidential satisfaction levels for the services received.
