The purpose of this transmittal is to inform all interested parties that the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) and the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) are jointly publishing a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information from consumer organizations, the provider community, health plans, and others regarding the pathway to integrate behavioral services more fully into the benefits offered through the District’s Medicaid managed care program.
