Transmittal 19-30- The purpose of this transmittal is to inform operators of ICFs/IID of the Medicaid reimbursement changes. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), in accordance with the requirements set forth in 29 DCMR 988.4 and 4102.7 (i), announces changes to the Medicaid reimbursement rates for ICFIID services. The changes to the rates will become effective on January 1, 2020.
