Thursday, September 26, 2019

The purpose of this transmittal is to notify ICF/IID providers of updates to the Medicaid reimbursement rates that will be effective with dates of service beginning October 1, 2019. The rates update will enable and support ICF/IID provider compliance with the Universal Paid Leave Act (UPLA), published at D.C. Law § 32-541.03,"a covered employer shall contribute an amount equal to 0.62% of the wages of each of its covered employees to the Universal Paid Leave Implementation Fund."
