The purpose of this transmittal is to announce the opening of Program Year 2018 for the DC Medicaid EHR Incentive/Promoting Interoperability Program on January 15, 2019. The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) will accept attestations from all eligible providers from now until the close of the program year on April 15, 2019.
