Transmittal 18-25–The purpose of this transmittal is to notify prescribers of the District of Columbia Fee-for-Service Medicaid Program that the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is updating its current clinical prior authorization requirements on opioid prescriptions to include a program that will limit the quantity and days' supply covered under the plan's pharmacy benefit.
