The purpose of this transmittal is to inform nursing facility providers located in the District of Columbia that effective February 1, 2018, the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) will use Resource Utilization Groups (RUG-IV) Grouper 48 to reimburse providers price-based rates and pay nursing facility claims with dates of service beginning February 1, 2018.
