Director Program Integrity Administration (PIA)

Kevin started his career with DHCF in 2014 in the Office of General Counsel. During his tenure, he has worked with DPI and has served as the primary attorney providing legal input and guidance to program integrity. This includes conducting reviews of audits, investigations, civil settlements, and other documents; coordination with the US Attorney’s Office, the Office of the General Counsel, and other law enforcement partners; resolving program integrity cases with the Office of Administrative Hearings. He also participated in meetings with providers to find solutions to various issues.

In November 2021, Kevin became the Acting Director for the Division of Program Integrity (DPI). In this role, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the administration. Kevin brings with him an understanding and appreciation for the work of DPI that will allow for a seamless transition and continued support of the agency’s program integrity activities.
