DHCF is accepting applications for membership on its Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC) Interested individuals are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the BAC by-laws in advance of their application submission, which can be found on DHCF's website at the following link (BAC Bylaws).

The BAC shall consist of no more than fifteen (15) voting members and will be comprised solely of Medicaid members, their families, and/or other caregivers. Information about BAC activities, including bylaws, meeting schedules, agendas, and membership lists, will be publicly shared. The intent of a member-only advisory group is to create a “comfortable, supporting, and trusting environment” where BAC members can share input freely in a safe environment.

All applications must be submitted by midnight on October 13, 2025.
