DHCF offers technical assistance programs to support the delivery of person-centered care. This work includes individual and group provider trainings to help organizations improve in the areas of operations, clinical quality, finances, and staff and patient satisfaction. Currently, the Health Care Reform and Innovation Administration (HCRIA) oversees two technical assistance programs offered free of charge to District providers.
