Get Certified

You must already have doula certification or become certified by one of the Approved Certification Organizations.

Enroll as a Medicaid Provider

Step 1: Create an account at www.dcpdms.com

Step 2: Select the application type: Standard Application

Step 3: Select provider type: Doula*

Step 4: Identify Pay to Provider – Check “Yes” if you are a doula working independently; Check “No” if you are a doula working as part of a group
