Technical Assistance

DHCF offers technical assistance programs to support the delivery of person-centered care. This work includes individual and group provider trainings to help organizations improve in the areas of operations, clinical quality, finances, and staff and patient satisfaction. Currently, the Health Care Reform and Innovation Administration (HCRIA) oversees two technical assistance programs offered free of charge to District providers.

Practice Transformation Technical Assistance

Integrated Care DC provides free technical assistance to help current and future DC Medicaid providers deliver whole‑person care and improve health outcomes. Our learning collaboratives feature group training, personalized one‑on‑one coaching, and opportunities to connect with peers, managed care plans, and community partners, offering practical support to strengthen care coordination, improve quality, and succeed in value‑based payment models. Digital Health EHR and HIE focused Technical Assistance

eHealthDC offers tailored technical assistance to District Medicaid providers with a primary focus on health information exchange (HIE), electronic health record (EHR) data quality improvement, and the effective use of digital health tools in clinical workflows.
