DHCF to provide training on LTC Financial Eligibility Policy on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10 am at 441 4th St. NW, Old Council Chambers. 

 

Effective July 2015, The Department of Health Care Finance implemented a new Long Term Care Financial Eligibility policy that impacts individuals and couples applying or receiving Long Term Care Services and Supports to include Home and Community Based  Waiver Programs and Institutional care. The training will focus on new LTC eligibility rules and new required forms needed for application submission.
