Ieisha Gray is DHCF’s Director of Long Term Care Administration (LTCA), which is the programmatic arm responsible for operation and oversight of the agency’s HCBS waiver programs as well as all Medicaid long-term care services and supports.  

 

Ms. Gray comes to DHCF with over 14 years of experience in healthcare operations management, largely in sub-acute and long-term care provider services.  Prior to her work at DHCF, she was a Regional Director with Global Healthcare Services Group, LLC based in Howell, NJ.  A speech-language pathologist by background, her career made the shift from clinical service delivery to operations management as the result of her demonstrated success in process improvement and outcomes management; the course of her professional tenure has seen her in roles in acute care, sub-acute, long-term care, home health, community/public health and school-based care settings.  Her managerial experience also includes instruction and supervision at the university level, and within the broader lens of care, her passions include advocacy and access for historically underserved populations.

 

Ms. Gray holds a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Hampton University, an MS from Howard University, and a Healthcare MBA from The George Washington University.
