Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN) is a nonprofit managed care organization that coordinates care for children and young adults with disabilities and complex medical needs.
Who is eligible for HSCSN (Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc) benefits?
Individuals are eligible to apply for enrollment in HSCSN if they are:
Under 24 years of age
District Residents
Receiving SSI disability benefits or have an SSI-related disability as defined by Department of Health Care Finance

The Enrollment Coordinator for (HSCSN) will assist you in filling out the necessary forms. After applying for membership, the Department of Health Care Finance will make the final decision about whether or not the child or young adult may enroll in HSCSN.
