Public Notice: Long Term Care Financial Eligibility Training

Last Chance to Attend Mandatory Long Term Care Financial Eligibility Training for all Institutional Care (Nursing Home and ICF/IDD) and Long Term Care Waiver Services Staff
Effective July 2015, The Department of Health Care Finance will be implementing a new Long Term Care Financial Eligibility policy that will impact individuals and couples applying or receiving Long Term Care Services and Supports to include Home and Community Based  Waiver Programs and Institutional care. The training will focus on new LTC eligibility rules and new required forms needed for application submission.
 
If you have not completed the Long Term Care Financial Eligibility training, this is your last opportunity to attend. DHCF is hosting a mandatory one day training for Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities and Waiver staff on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 9 am - 4 pm.
