DHCF Announces Reactivation of Previously Suspended Dental Procedure Codes and Upcoming Reimbursement Changes Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is notifying DC Medicaid Dental Providers of the reactivation of dental procedure codes which were temporarily suspended for non-institutionalized, Medicaid Fee-For Service (FFS) beneficiaries over the age of 21. DHCF is also proposing future reductions in reimbursement rates of select dental procedures for non-institutionalized, Medicaid FFS adults.
