Beginning on August 1, 2015, all Home Health Agencies will be required to bill individual claims with the specific PCA’s NPI number on the claim when multiple PCA’s provide service on the same day. To comply with audit and reporting requirements it will no longer be acceptable to bill one claim with only one NPI number when multiple PCA’s provide service on one date of service.
